So far, the car has been great! We have gone on a few long trips, the car gets 25 MPG highway, did a best of 28! The only problems we have had so far has been paint. The roof has been repainted once due to cracking, we are about to take it in to get the hood repainted now. After all that, the paint on the bumper started peeling!!!! Thank God for warranties!
Next mod is prob going to be a full exhaust system, more than likely Magnaflow O/R X pipe and magnapacks catback.

Kinda update. After alot of arguing with the dealers, we finally got the peeling front bumper repainted. They were also nice enough to repaint the hood (had similar cracking spots on it like the roof had) and buff out the roof. This was back in November I think.
Added the Bullit style pedals. Bought them from Kar Kraft. They look great!
Added a Bullit shifter knob and shift ring and the Bullit door lock pins. (all Christmas gifts last year.
Circuit City installed a Pioneer FM Modulated XM radio. This was a birthday gift to the wife in Dec of 02. She likes "country gold" and you can never find it on the radio. With XM, it is ALWAYS on. XM radio is such a great thing. I listen to the comedy channels, heavy metal and the 80's (yep, that includes the hair bands. I HIGHLY recommend XM radio to anyone. 10 bux a month is worth it!
Current mods are:
First day with it. Had 54 miles with it when we got home that night. Had 11 at the dealer
Here are a few pics I took the next day. It was overcast once again, but I take pics often.
Some new pics I took of the cars after we washed them
I don't have near enough pics of the Stang do I!!!?!?!!?
Crappy ford paint.. guess it is time to get repainted again!!!
New pics of the indiglo gauges installed.. major PITA to get the light knob off. I found a really good article in the tech section of stangnet that explained how to remove it.... still took 2 hrs!!
The gauges came from ebay, look up xenon-xenon Very nice people and quick to boot. These gauges rock! I didn't even have to take the needles off! They slide right over them. I will post some pics of them at night whenever I get a chance.
ZAINO! That's right, zaino'ed the Stang. Wasn't nearly as hard as doing my truck. So far, there is only one coat of Z5 one, but I assure you, there are more to come. Check out Zaino's site if you don't know what I am talking about
new updated pics 5 Feb 2003
You can Here you can see the Bullit interior accessories and XM radio unit. It receives thru a Terk low profile roof mounted antenna. I had it mounted on the trunk and have had NO signal lose from it
I custom made this hanger for the control unit. It was stuck to the dash, right past the keys. Hard to see and it fell off often. I used a piece of flashing I bought at Lowe's and just cut it with tin snips, then I put some drawer felt behind it (it has adhesive on it) Very simple and cheap. I spent maybe $5
Check out that Zaino shine. I didn't wash it, just sprayed it with the pressure washer. It hasn't been Zainoed since SEPTEMBER!!!
